Managed agent profile

AI Receptionist & Intake Agent

A planned, isolated intake system for configured inbound calls or chats, with disclosure, structured intake, and immediate human fallback.

An assessment request is reviewed before any appointment, proposal, or action is created.
01

Who it is for

Owners and office managers with missed or after-hours inbound calls or chats.

02

The workflow problem

Callers may not reliably reach staff, and information needed for follow-up can arrive incomplete.

03

First measurable outcome

A supervised sandbox that captures complete intake, marks uncertainty, and hands off safely without changing a protected live phone route.

04

What it can prepare or do

Uses approved disclosure; gathers structured intake; answers approved FAQs; transfers or creates a follow-up task; summarizes the interaction; and marks uncertainty.

05

Approval boundaries

Starts with shadow scoring, transcript review, then supervised sandbox calls. Broader use is considered only after legal, disclosure, latency, transfer, emergency, and unsupported-answer tests pass.

06

Safe failure handling

Falls back immediately to a human or voicemail, never loops indefinitely, escalates silence, low confidence, or repeated correction, and uses approved emergency handoff language rather than giving advice.

07

What gets measured

Answer rate, intake completeness, transfer success, approved FAQ resolution, latency, interruption handling, unsupported-answer rate, abandonment, and cost per minute.

08

What it will not do

No cold robocalling, medical, legal, or emergency advice, binding quotes, or free-form collection of card details.

09

Pilot acceptance gates

Pilot gates include at least 95% field completeness on test calls, at least 98% correct escalation, zero prohibited advice, successful fallback during every simulated outage, approved disclosure, and an unchanged protected live route.

Human control by default

Authority must be earned.

Each deployment uses separate customer accounts, tenant isolation, least-privilege access, approval queues, audit history, spending and usage limits, no more than three retries, human escalation, a kill switch, and rollback procedures.
