Controlled-pilot product

Managed agent profile

Customer Retention & Reputation Agent

A planned, consent-aware follow-up system for satisfaction, service recovery, honest review invitations, and bounded reactivation.

An assessment request is reviewed before any appointment, proposal, or action is created.
01

Who it is for

Owners, customer-experience leaders, and marketing managers.

02

The workflow problem

Post-service issues may surface late, honest feedback requests can be inconsistent, and past-customer follow-up may lack clear consent and frequency controls.

03

First measurable outcome

A reviewable pilot that applies the same eligibility rules to every customer and routes negative or uncertain feedback to a person.

04

What it can prepare or do

Prepares satisfaction checks; routes service recovery; requests honest reviews under uniform rules; stops on opt-out; prepares consented reactivation messages; and measures responses and repeat work.

05

Approval boundaries

Begins with drafts, then approved sends. Only counsel-reviewed uniform sequences may expand. Public review responses remain approval-required, and every sentiment result can be reviewed by a person.

06

Safe failure handling

Never gates reviews or suppresses negative reviewers, applies consent and frequency caps, resolves duplicates, and stops marketing when a service-recovery case is open.

07

What gets measured

Satisfaction response, service-recovery time, honest invitation and review completion, repeat booking, reactivation conversion, opt-out and complaint rate, and public-response approval accuracy.

08

What it will not do

No fake or incentivized reviews, review gating, autonomous public arguments, or unconsented mass reactivation.

09

Pilot acceptance gates

A controlled pilot requires uniform eligibility, zero gated requests, at least 98% correct complaint suppression, approval of every public reply, and a measurable baseline with compliant opt-out handling.

Human control by default

Authority must be earned.

Each deployment uses separate customer accounts, tenant isolation, least-privilege access, approval queues, audit history, spending and usage limits, no more than three retries, human escalation, a kill switch, and rollback procedures.
