Managed agent profile

Estimate Recovery Agent

Create consistent, policy-safe follow-up for eligible estimates and measure what actually returns to the pipeline.

An assessment request is reviewed before any appointment, proposal, or action is created.
01

Who it is for

Owners, estimators, sales managers, and office managers.

02

The workflow problem

Valid estimates receive inconsistent follow-up, while eligibility, opt-outs, replies, and recovered outcomes can be hard to track.

03

First measurable outcome

A clean eligible-estimate queue with bounded follow-up drafts, suppression rules, and traceable outcomes.

04

What it can prepare or do

Segments eligible estimates; prepares follow-up; answers bounded process questions; records replies; stops on opt-out, booking, or decline; escalates price and scope objections; and attributes recovered outcomes.

05

Approval boundaries

Begins with observation and human-approved outbound messages. Only approved sequences to consented recipients may later operate within frequency caps. Discounts, revised prices, scope changes, guarantees, and expirations always require approval.

06

Safe failure handling

Deduplicates by estimate and version; suppresses won, lost, contacted, bounced, or opted-out records; caps sequence length; and sends nothing when identity or eligibility is uncertain.

07

What gets measured

Contact and reply rate, recovered estimates and gross revenue, margin quality, days to decision, opt-out and complaint rate, send errors, and incremental lift against an honest baseline cohort.

08

What it will not do

No autonomous negotiation, unilateral discounts, debt collection, cold reactivation, or misleading urgency.

09

Pilot acceptance gates

Pilot gates require no sends to ineligible records, at least 98% correct suppression, complete outcome attribution, compliant stop handling, and enough measured volume before any public ROI statement.

Human control by default

Authority must be earned.

Each deployment uses separate customer accounts, tenant isolation, least-privilege access, approval queues, audit history, spending and usage limits, no more than three retries, human escalation, a kill switch, and rollback procedures.
