Managed agent profile

Lead Response Agent

Help consented inbound leads receive a timely, useful first response while price, safety, unusual scope, and uncertainty stay with your team.

An assessment request is reviewed before any appointment, proposal, or action is created.
01

Who it is for

Owners, sales managers, office managers, and dispatchers at local service companies.

02

The workflow problem

Consented inbound leads can age while staff are working, driving, or unavailable after hours.

03

First measurable outcome

A faster, source-linked first response and a complete qualification record, measured against the business's current baseline.

04

What it can prepare or do

Deduplicates; acknowledges; asks approved qualification questions; creates or updates the lead; tags source and urgency; prepares or sends approved responses; escalates safety, complaints, high-value opportunities, and uncertainty.

05

Approval boundaries

Begins in draft mode. Outbound messages require approval until a narrow set of templates, consent rules, channels, and timing limits passes testing. Price, discounts, guarantees, unusual scope, and sensitive content always stay human-approved.

06

Safe failure handling

Uses one idempotency key per lead and channel, prevents duplicate sends, stops after three bounded retries, routes provider failure to a person, and never implies real-time availability for a stale lead.

07

What gets measured

Response time, contact and qualification rates, booked outcomes, duplicate and error rate, approval rate, escalation precision, cost per handled lead, and attributable recovered revenue.

08

What it will not do

No cold lists, cold synthesized-voice calls, binding quotes, emergency dispatch, payment capture, or destructive CRM cleanup.

09

Pilot acceptance gates

Pilot gates target at least 95% correct routing on a 100-case test set, zero duplicate sends, complete audit coverage, all prohibited actions blocked, and a tested kill switch. These are test gates, not customer-result claims.

Human control by default

Authority must be earned.

Each deployment uses separate customer accounts, tenant isolation, least-privilege access, approval queues, audit history, spending and usage limits, no more than three retries, human escalation, a kill switch, and rollback procedures.
